Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product from Totally Adult, don't worry, we'll get it sorted. First we will ask you to check a few things

  • check the batteries are in correctly, as many issues can be resolved by ensuring they are correctly inserted or replaced. 
  • If there's a Battery Tab, remove it before using the item.
  • Lastly make sure the item is fully charged .

If the above does not resolve the issue please get in touch with us within 5 working days and will arrange a replacement item to be sent out.


Change of Mind Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purposes. Please carefully check the sizing information before purchasing, as we cannot exchange products due to sizing issues.


Of course we will fulfil our obligations under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act and we will exchange products if you received the wrong item as per your order.


Warranties

Our product warranty covers different time frames depending on the brand, starting from the date of purchase. It includes manufacturing faults and defects. It excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear (including chargers). If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund.
