1-3 Working Days Shipping Time

This is a guide based on our experience with NZ Post. We pride ourselves on our fast order processing and in many cases the goods will arrive to you the next day. However, in rare cases shipping or processing may take a little longer. Particularly when natural disasters or other unusual events occur.

Please note that we can only dispatch orders Monday-Friday all orders received before 5pm will be shipped the next day.

No shipping will be dispatched on Public holidays

Free NZ Post Shipping For Orders Over $100

If the order total at checkout is over $100 then NZ Post shipping will be free.

At Totally Adult we care about the environment and we aim to use environmentally friendly packaging were possible

The sender will be shown as Total imports on the shipping label.
